Transjakarta Earns Excellent Rating in Archive Management

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) has once again achieved remarkable success by receiving the highest award in archive management at the Library, Archiving, and Literature Festival (Pustakarsa).

The prestigious award was organized by Jakarta Library and Archives Agency (Dispusip) at Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (10/14).

On the occasion, Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung symbolically handed over the award to Transjakarta President Director, Welfizon Yuza.

Following a comprehensive assessment of its archiving system, particularly in the management of correspondence and corporate documents, Transjakarta secured first place in the Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) category. The company was awarded an AA (Excellent) rating, with an impressive score of 96.41.

Transjakarta President Director Welfizon Yuza said the achievement reflects the company's commitment to professional and transparent governance across all operational areas, including document administration.

Alhamdulillah, we proudly bring home an award with an excellent rating,” he said on Wednesday (10/15).

He noted that this award marks a significant improvement in Transjakarta's ranking over the past three years. According to him, this achievement proves that Transjakarta not only prioritizes customer service but also maintains a well-structured and orderly document management system.

“Transjakarta remains committed to enhancing corporate governance (GCG) by ensuring that all important documents are securely stored, well-documented, and easily accessible, in line with the principles of public information transparency,” he emphasized.
