According to her, the agency has prepared preventive and handling measures for various diseases that have the potential to become epidemics, through the Early Warning and Response System (SKDR).

She also assured that the Health Agency will continue to monitor developments in cases of acute respiratory infections and other illnesses in Jakarta. Furthermore, all health facilities in Jakarta are ready to provide public health services.

"We are ready with our 292 supporting community health centers, and 44 district community health centers," she added.

The community health center of district level is also open for 24 hours. Ani appealed to the public to immediately seek treatment at the nearest health facility to detect the disease early.

Regarding concerns about a rise in cases resembling COVID-19, Ani stated that the disease has now entered an endemic phase. Therefore, although COVID-19 cases are still being detected, their severity is not high.

"We're currently in the endemic phase of COVID, so it does exist, but the severity isn't high," she stated.
