Lintas Jaya: 7,256 Vehicles Sanctioned in East Jakarta

During its Operation Lintas Jaya from January to October 16, 2025, the East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency recorded and took action against 7,256 vehicles with different violations.

Residents to be more disciplined and orderly in traffic

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency Head, Reny Dwi Astuti stated, the operation was intensified at different locations each day targeting vehicles violating illegal parking, overloaded vehicles, loitering at illegal terminals, going against traffic, violating routes, and so forth.

"This operation is a routine agenda to encourage residents to be more disciplined and orderly in traffic," he expressed, Friday (10/17).

Illegal Travel Operators in East Jakarta Controlled

East Jakarta Supervision and Control Section Head, Riki Erwinda detailed, 1,254 vehicles were ticketed and made in a dossier the Transportation Agency (Dishub), 676 had had their operating licenses revoked, and another 585 were ticketed and made in a dossier by the police.

Also 1,798 motorbikes were ticketed due to contral flow. Then 446 motorbikes, 105 three-wheeled tires, and 76 cars were deflates its tires.

"2,277 vehicles were towed away due to illegal parking and 39 motorbikes were grounded," he explained.

"This operation involved 45 joint personnel from East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency, Traffic Regional Unit, Garnisun, army, Brimob, and so on," he stated.
