In the governance sector, Ramly continued, the council encouraged Bappeda and BPKD to develop efficiency calculation methods based on real data and ensure transparent cross-regional working unit validation.

The council also asked relevant regional government agencies (OPDs) to expand CCTV installations in crime-prone areas, organize the East Jakarta Mayor's Office area, and ensure equitable development in the Seribu Islands.

Moreover, the city council emphasized the importance of supervising the formation of the Community Early Warning Forum (FKDM) at the district and village levels to ensure it runs according to applicable procedures.

In the economic sector, the city council encourages increased performance and accountability of BUMDs, and ensures efficient financial management.

The city council also requested that PT Jakpro and Jaklingko expand their transportation services to the urban village level, as well as encourage the optimization of PT MRT Jakarta's revenue from tickets and non-ticket sources to reduce the burden of operational subsidies.

The city council also recommended the importance of strengthening the tourism and creative economy sectors through innovation in recreational facilities such as Dufan and Atlantis, as well as collaboration between OPD and BUMD to develop integrated tourism areas.

In the public welfare sector, the city council is pushing for the continuation and even expansion of education programs such as the Jakarta Superior Student Card (KJMU), free schools, and the Diploma Redemption Program. The city council is also requesting the acceleration of the rehabilitation of old schools, the construction of community health centers, and the expansion of the capacity of regional hospitals.

"Inclusive education programs and the addition of Special Schools (SLB) need to be prioritized so that every child has equal access to education," he continued.

The council emphasized the importance of maintaining the sustainability of food subsidies, strengthening public health programs, and ensuring that social case management is carried out quickly and in an integrated manner.

"We hope that these recommendations will serve as a guide for realizing budget management that is efficient, transparent, and supports the welfare of Jakarta residents," he stated.
