Residents Appreciate Improved Aesthetics Under the Flyover

Local residents appreciate the mural paintings and the park that adorn the underpass of Jalan Raya Kalibata, Rawajati Urban Village, Pancoran Sub-district, South Jakarta.

This is targeted to be finished next month

As revealed by a resident, Zakaria. "The place looks nice; later, the residents will take care of it. There should be no vandalism there," he expressed, Thursday (11/27).

Rawajati Urban Village Head, Sariman said, rjis is a special arrangement program by the South Jakarta City administration that began in October 2025.

"Previously, under the flyover looked untidy and often became a place for dumping trash or living," he explained, Thursday (11/27).

He explained the work involved six personnel to build a park and a mural with themes of community life education such as stop bullying and stop drugs.

"As for the mural creation, we are assisted by the community around here," he explained.

He hoped that it could make the area safer and more comfortable, especially for public transportation users who have high mobility in that area.

"This is targeted to be finished next month. After the inauguration, everyone must participate in maintaining the results of this area's arrangement," he closed.
