Nataru Holidays Returning Flow Seen at Pulo Gebang Bus Terminal

Ahead of the end of Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holidays, the returning flow was seen at Pulo Gebang Integrated Bus Terminal, Cakung, East Jakarta, Friday (1/2). A total of 1,502 people arrived at the terminal from 12 AM up to 2 PM.

Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal Team Commander, Badman Harahap, said that the increasing number of passenger arrivals using Intercity and Interprovincial (AKAP) buses coincided with the end of the long holiday period.

"The number of passenger arrival reached 1,502 people by using 299 buses. Then the departure number reached 891 people by using 143 buses," he said, Friday (1/2).

He added that the return flow is expected to continue until January 4, 2026. This is because school will start on January 5.

Meanwhile, one of the passengers came from Brebes, Central Java, Sri Sulastri (41), admitted that she had just returned to Jakarta today after enjoying a holiday with his family in his hometown.

"We need to take a rest before starting our daily activity on Monday," she admitted.
