The bridge is expected to improve accessibility for JIS visitors, ease traffic congestion, reduce parking pressure, and better integrate the stadium area with parking and recreational facilities in Ancol.

In addition to the JIS bridge, Pramono also revealed that the dismantling of the long-abandoned monorail pillars is set to begin next Wednesday.

"And next week, with the Prosecutor's Office also present here today, we're set to begin dismantling the monorail pillars. We've scheduled it for Wednesday," he explained.

Pramono assured that the demolition will not cause traffic congestion, as the work will be carried out mostly at night to avoid disrupting morning traffic on Jalan HR Rasuna Said.

"I've also instructed Bina Marga Agency to maximize the demolition work at night so it won't disrupt traffic on Rasuna Said," Pramono added.
