"We have got the instruction from Transportation Ministry and Department Head to conduct checks the bus fleet. The plan, the check will be held around the H-3 tomorrow," said Priyanto, South Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, Monday (7/13).

This year, there will be no emissions checks for AKAP bus in South Jakarta due to lack of tools.

"We won't hold emission check this year because the tools have been delivered to a number of big terminals such as Pulo Gadung and Pulo Gebang," told Priyanto.

Marwiyah (24), a homecomer in Lebak Bulus Terminal, hoped the officers could perform thorough examination of the crew or the bus completeness.

"Because now they are not being pursued by targets in terms of passengers, I hope the readiness of the driver truly checked to ensure safety," he hoped.
