Smart City System Learning Room will Be Prepared

Jakarta Provincial Government will prepare learning room Smart City system learning room  in City Hall's Block A Building 3rd floor. The room eventually will be functioned for other regional government which want to learn about the system through comparative study.

Jakarta is preparing Smart City learning room thus it could be imitated by other regions in Indonesia

Head of Jakarta Communications, Informatics, Public Relations Department, Ii Karunia stated, the Smart City learning room was an idea of Jakarta Governor Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama.

"As the region which is hoped could be a role model for other regions, Jakarta is preparing Smart City learning room thus it could be imitated by other regions in Indonesia," he expressed, Thursday (7/23).

Besides being a center of learning for other government, Ii said, the room will also be functioned as controlling center of the system. "So it's kind of showroom. The content is various. Ranging from monitors, CCTVs, servers and also the Smart City application systems," he asserted.

However, he expressed the room is still being planned and just started to be auctioned. "It means it cannot be realized yet in the near future. It just started to be auctioned," he explained.

Considering, he continued, to furnish it with technology wares that will be monitoring all the system, it needs huge budget. "The budget could reach amounted to Rp 30 billion, as the expensive ones are the servers," he disclosed.
