Ahok: We will Repatriate Migrant's Who Not Report to RT/RW

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) will give firm sanction to all migrants who not obey administrative rule when Integrated Population Control Operation (Binduk) underway on upcoming August.

Ahok ensured all migrants who have no job and residence and not report their existence to RT/RW after 14 days will be repatriated to their hometown. "It is in accordance with the rule, if they are not send report to RT/RW, have no job, we will send them back to their hometown," told Ahok firmly in City Hall, Monday (7/27).

Ahok admitted that he had instructed all urban village, sub-district, RT and RW Head for more stringent in register population especially in boarding and rented house in their village. "We had asked all of our apparatus to supervise boarding house with more stringent," he told.

Employment Problems Need New Breakthrough

He also said, the most difficult area to record population is in slum area because many of slums are in capital having no RT and RW.

"I admitted slum areas which have no RT and RW are the most difficult area to collect population data. Sometimes we hard to control it and make us want to demolish entire area," he stated.
