Flood Anticipation, PHL Clean Drainage on Jl Barito 2

To anticipate rainy season that is expected to come on upcoming October, Kramat Pela Urban Village personnel in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta improve the environmental maintenance from trash.

Many drains were clogged by plastic waste and leaves

Based on beritajakarta.com observation, as many as 30 freelancers (PHL) were deployed into a flood prone point on Jalan Barito 2 to clean drainage that clogged by trash.

"Many drains were clogged by plastic waste and leaves," told Kramat Pela Urban Village Cleanliness Head Section, Berliana Silaban, Tuesday (7/28).

Dozens of workers looked cleaning and collecting garbage with manual equipment and then transported the trash by wagon to be thrown into trash depot in Kebayoran Baru.
