Fire Destroys Tax General Directorate Office

A fire gutted a Tax General Directorate Office located at Jalan Gatot Subroto, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Friday (7/31), at around 4 AM.

The exact location is near the fuel tank. And based on temporary information from firemen, the flames had touched the firemen's hoses due to it is flammable

Head of South Jakarta Fire Managing and Rescue Sub-Department, Irwan said, the fire broke out on the first floor of the office's basement. Fire grew up quickly because near a fuel tank (BBM).

Based on temporary information, she continued, fire broke out in the generator room. But there were no casualties from this incident. "32 security officers immediately went down when they felt the heat in the basement on fire. Fire also burned motorcycles owned by security officers but we don't know its number," he reported.
