Various ways to anticipate flood threat in West Jakarta keeps being
intensified by 80 personnel of Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department. One of them is cleaning Apuran,
Cengkareng and Opak river, Tambora, West Jakarta.

The Executor Head of West Jakarta Cleanliness Unit (UPK), Nuryadi
acknowledged that his side involved freelancers from local resident to clean
those rivers. The residents’ participation aims to foster a sense of belonging
with the environment by maintaining the cleanliness.
