Bureaucratic Reform For a Better PNS Performance

City Secretary, Saefullah uttered that the bureaucratic reform initiated by Jakarta Provincial Government is purposed to stimulate Civil Servants (PNS) to work optimally in providing services to the public.

As a public servant, Jakarta Civil Servants Corps (Korpri) member is demanded to empower the government's function to build, empower, and provide the best public service

"As a public servant, Jakarta Civil Servants Corps (Korpri) member is demanded to empower the government's function to build, empower, and provide the best public service," he disclosed, when he gave a speech in the inaugural event of East Jakarta Korpri Board period 2015-2020, Wednesday (8/5).  

Through bureaucratic reform, he added, Jakarta government continues to try establishing information and stimulate the civil servant in improving their performance. 

Saefullah: Civil Servant, Give Your Best Shot to Public

"Don't be surprised if there are echelon-II officials suddenly promoted or otherwise, because your performance is monitored by public," he told.

Because of that, he said, those who working under Jakarta government must focus and provide the best public service.
