The condition of Jalan Sahabat located at Kamal Urban Village, Kalideres, West Jakarta, which is an alternative road towards Soekarno-Hatta Airport has been severely damaged for a long time. Local citizens hope the related unit to soon repair the road.

The damaged road is about 1 kilometer long, precisely in the boundary of RW 04 and 05, Kamal Urban Village. There are also many potholes as deep as 20 cm. 

"The damage has been almost 1 year. Please, the related unit to repair the road thus citizens' activity would not be disturbed ," said one of RW 05 citizens, Rifai (49), Saturday (8/8). 

Kalideres Sub-District Head, Yunus Burhan uttered his side has known about the matter from the Local Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang). And he had reported it to related unit. 

"We've proposed the road reparation last year. As planned, it will be repaired this year, but I can't tell when it would be," he disclosed.
