Tri Kurniadi Officially Inaugurated as South Jakarta Mayor

South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi was officially inaugurated by Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) on Thursday (8/13). Ahok hoped, the new mayor could solve any problem in South Jakarta.

"Mr. Tri duties are many, I've been waiting since two years for the transformation of bureaucracy in South Jakarta," told Basuki while inaugurating Tri Kurniadi in Jakarta City Hall.
Ahok added, almost all urban village and sub-district head in South Jakarta is not active in Qlue application incorporated in smart city. In fact, the application is a facility for public to deliver complaint and followed up by the authorities.

Moreover, Ahok also noted some problems in South Jakarta, such as land permits omission, street vendors’ control, and land acquisition for Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project.
As known, the previous officials, Syamsuddin Noor was dismissed from his post and now become Jakarta Secretary Assistant after being replaced by Tri Kurniadi who served as South Jakarta Vice before.
