The City Administration inaugurated again 24 echelon-III officials to improve the performance of the governance apparaturs. Those dozens inaugurated officials are also given a chance to re-compete in echelon-II.

"Today, Friday (7/31), I am City Secretary on behalf of Jakarta Governor officially inaugurate you gentlements as administrator officials. I believe that you will do duty as the responsibility charged," said City Secretary, Saefullah to 24 inaugurated echelon-III officials. 

The inauguration process was continued with taking the oath of office, the signatories of script oath and integrity facts that were symbolically represented by some department and agency heads. 

" The officials whose oath of office taken today are also given a chance to re-compete in echelon II . So our organization would be so dynamic for Jakartans' interest who need fast, certain, cheap and new services," he told. 

He continued, to create the superfine service for citizens, the government has spread One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP), ranging from urban village, sub-district, and city until provincial level. 

"Aside that, we will keep conducting streamlining the organization. Because a theory said that the streamlining organization is rich of functionality," he explained. 

Former Mayor of Central Jakarta explained, the government intends to disband the Governor's Team for Development Supervision (TGUPP) and Investment Agency if all Regional Working Unit (SKPD) have been working well. 

"For efficiency, there will be no more urban village vice head. Many Management Technical Unit (UPT) conducted of efficiency and their duty could be pulled to division in department. It aims to minimize employee expense thus could reach Rp 15 trillion," he disclosed. 

Based on the data of Jakarta Employment Agency, those 24 inaugurated officials consisting of 5 officials of BKD, 2 officials of Jakarta Goods and Services Procurement Agency (BPPBJ), 6 officials of Micro Small-Medium Cooperative Department (KUMKMP), 4 officials of Youth and Sport Department, 1 official of Parks and Cemetery Department, and two officials of Provincial Bazis.
