Complaints on Qlue Less Responded by South & West Jakarta

Jakarta Governor Basuki T. 'Ahok' Purnama assessed South and West Jakarta Administration have the most lack of attention to response its citizen's complaint via Qlue and Smart City.

We already have the system, so it's easy for me supervising which lazy or bad urban village heads. The worst are South and West Jakarta

"We already have the system, so it's easy for me supervising which lazy or bad urban village heads. The worst are South and West Jakarta," Ahok said, City Hall, Friday (8/14).

Responding the citizen's complaint at those two applications is including in urban village head's evaluation. "Well, I think lazy urban village heads must be sacked," he added.

Citizens Appealed to Report Illegal Public Transport

So far, the governor asked the urban village heads to monitor their area. It is aimed to know the smallest problem in Jakarta before getting bigger.

Jakarta citizens can easily report and send picture of their environment/area condition via Qlue application. Qlue mission is improving citizen's awareness and supporting government to overcome every problem.

The head or urban village or sub-district who directly responded the report will get point. The more he/she responds the higher point they get.
