2015 Abang None Buku Registration Opened

Seribu Island Library and Regency Archives (KPAK), declared the registration for 2015 Abang None Buku (Abnonku) membership had opened on Tuesday (9/18) in State Senior High School (69) Pramuka Island.

The selection will be started on upcoming August 25

Seribu Island KPAK Head, Saptastri Ediningtyas said, the member should meet several requirements such as have ID-Card and study in Jakarta and surrounding areas, aged 16-21 years, and has a height of 170 centimeters for men and 160 centimeters for women.

"The selection will be started on upcoming August 25," told Ediningtyas, Wednesday (8/19).

2015 Jakarta Abang None Chosen

According to her, the selection will be divided into three phases as administration selection, making writing and interview.

For the first phase, a total of 50 participants will be chosen and selected to be 30 or 15 partners to join the grand final night in Balai Warga Building, Pramuka Island.

The contestants will compete for the trophy and a scholarship of Rp 4 million for the first prize, Rp 3.5 million for second prize, and Rp 3 million for the third place. While the first runner up will get Rp 2.5 million and the second runner up will receive Rp 2 million.

Later, Ediningtyas told, the winner will become Jakarta Book Ambassador that served to promote libraries and archives in any activity such as "library on the street" in car free day, book review, and provide library clinic.
