249 Kampung Pulo Residents Already Have Flat Key

As many as 249 out of 518 households living in Kampung Pulo are recorded already have the Jatinegara Barat Flat's key.

The number decreased after we told them that they can't sell the flat. But today, it increased to 249 households

 

After the system was changed, Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) stated, the number was decreased to 227 from 429 households who have passed raffling phase and got the key.

Tens of Kampung Pulo Household Took Flat's Key

 

"The number decreased after we told them that they can't sell the flat. But today, it increased to 249 households," he exclaimed, Thursday (8/20).

 

He explains one of requirements to get the key is must have ID card in accordance with flat address. They must have Bank DKI account to pay retribution by Rp 10 thousand per day.

 

" After moving to the flat, you have to change ID card through Population and Civil Registration Department and you will get Bank DKI ATM. That means you cannot sell the flat," he explained.

 

Ahok added per unit, it can reach Rp 400 million due to its facility is alike apartment such as lift.

 

He also asserted that there will be no compensation for those who have occupied the flat.
