Taxi Boat Ticketing System will Keep Being Evaluated

Vice Head of Jakarta Transportation Department, Pargaulan Butar-Butar stated, will keep evaluating taxi boat ticketing system in Kali Adem Dock, North Jakarta.

Based on the deal, they have to complete the documents and boat's equipment

According to him, such evaluation is important not only for the ticketing system but also the discipline of the boat's owners in completing documents and security equipment for passengers.

"The due date is in October. Based on the deal, they have to complete the documents and boat's equipment," he asserted, Monday (8/24).

He hopes, the chance and facility given could be used well by the owners.

"If they can't fulfill it, just go, don't transport passengers in this dock," he disclosed.

As known, last Saturday (4/23), the ticketing system for taxi boat started being applied. Jakarta Transportation Department hopes gradually boat owners will complete the existing regulation, for passengers' security and administration order.

Based on Beritajakarta.com observation, the ticketing system on the first day went orderly, eventhough there is a little obstacle regarding the counter number.
