September, Taxi Boat Ticketing System Applied

Regent of Seribu Islands , Budi Utomo said, the taxi boat ticketing system will officially be applied in the upcoming September. He assessed, 2 months is considered would be enough to socialize the ticketing system. 

Tour agents, tour association and cooperatives have already agreed that the ticket application will be managed by Mina Wisata Cooperative

He stated, in September, all passengers crossing through Kali Adem Port are obligated to buy ticket. As for the ticket price, he handed it over to market mechanism. 

Taxi Boat License Processing Deadline Until End of October

"Tour agents, tour association and cooperatives have already agreed that the ticket application will be managed by Mina Wisata Cooperative," he stated, Saturday (8/8). 

Regarding the ticket price, according to him, his party will not intervene. He hopes citizens will learn to decide by themselves how much the ticket prices. It is related to the regulation of passenger limitation and operational cost of boat owners. 

Previously, the application of taxi boat ticketing system would be applied in August ago. But it was postponed because the socialization was still not maximal.
