Head of Jakarta Satpol PP, Kukuh Hadi Santosa announced that the demolishment towards buildings in Kampung Pulo, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, has finished.

We did not demolish mosque and cemetery. We will discuss it with locals for further action

He told that his side did not demolish mosques and cemeteries from 520 plots of land which planned to be demolished.

" We did not demolish mosque and cemetery. We will discuss it with locals for further action ," he explained, at City Hall, Monday (8/24).

It is currently still being discussed at urban village, sub-district, until mayor with locals and local figure.

"There are 7 cemeteries at the location. The decision to move it or not is under Mayor Instruction," he told.

Santosa added, his side will collect citizen's data in Bukit Duri, South Jakarta. As planned, the demolishment would be conducted in such land after passing through socialization.

"Prior to demolishment, we will do data collection, socialization, etc," he closed.
