70 Enterepreneurs Got Guidance of K3 Management

Central Jakarta Administration gave guidance for 70 entrepreneurs in order to realize management of Occupational Health and Safety (K3).

Guidance is given to create a safe, comfortable, and happy work environment

Central Jakarta Deputy Mayor, Arifin said there are still lot of companies that not understand about K3 management. "Guidance is given to create a safe, comfortable, and happy work environment, thus could improve work productivity," he told, Tuesday (8/25).

He hoped it could also minimize problems between entrepreneurs and their workers. It is also the form of Jakarta Provincial Government's vision and mission to create Jakarta health, safe, comfort, and prosperous for all residents.

Online Public Transport Warned to Immediately Meet Requirement

Head of Central Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Department, Anwir Ismail added there are some examples of lack K3 management such as fire in Kosgoro Building, worker who fell from Gondola in the building of Marine and Fishery Ministry (KKP) and collapse of library building in TIM Cikini.

"Seeing that, we could give guidance to prevent some incident," he told.

According to him, such guidance is able to minimize the problem and accident. "Hopefully, they could give working equipment which is in accordance with K3 management to the worker," told Ismail.
