Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama said the 19 tow trucks were purchased through e-catalogue in the Government Procurement Regulatory Body (LKPP). "I think It was been approved, we will see," told Basuki in City Hall, Thursday (8/27).

He details, one truck spent Rp 2.5 billion. Currently, Jakarta Transportation Department only has 42 tow trucks consisting of 14 automatic tow trucks, 2 big-sized tow trucks, and 26 manual tow trucks. Ideally, each region has 10 automatic tow trucks.
