Within 3 months, the Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BPTSP) successfully declined citizens' complaint in license processing through one day service. In future, it is targeted could make the service without complaints.

Head of Jakarta BPTSP, Edy Junaedi stated, the program was launched on July 8 at provincial level, following with sub-district and city level on August 1, and urban village level on August 18.
"In June, there were 218 complaints, it declined in July to be 165 complaints when provincial launched the program on July 8 ago," he stated, at City Hall, Tuesday (9/1).
