Dozens of frangipani trees will be planted along Jalan Dr Soemarno, the main road access towards East Jakarta Mayor Office.

"As many as 56 frangipani trees will be planted along Jalan Dr Soemarno to make the road looks greener," said Head of East Jakarta Parks and Cemetery Sub-Department, Mimi Rahmiati, Tuesday (9/1).

Besides frangipani trees, decoration formed trees will also be placed on three points of the road's entrance access.

She uttered, those frangipani trees are believed could make the road shady. Even some of them are formed circularly.

She told, the existence of those trees is expected could complete the other plants that have bee planted before.
