Hundreds of Street Vendors in Poncol Market Will Be Relocated

Hundreds of street vendors who have kiosk in the JP 37 and JP 38 Poncol markets will be relocated in the near future. Even, Jakarta Micro Small and Medium Cooperative Enterprises Department is coordinating with PD Pasar Jaya to find relocation place.

“The area is the favorite one place in Central Jakarta and its location is strategic. No wonder, it is always crowded,” he told.

The plan is, the market concept would be changed like hangar concept.

“All channels would be arranged. We’ll restore its function as an initial plan,” he finished.
