In order to prevent freelancers' salary cut, North Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department intends to make a complaints portal.

Ekowati acknowledged the complaints include absence, salary cut issues, and other frauds.

"In future, I hope there would be no more individuals manipulating freelancers' salary. Even it's field supervisors, section heads, they will be fired if they are caught doing such thing," he asserted.
