Basuki Wants to Interview the Potential PNS

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama will directly interview Jakarta civil servants, especially from young generation. 

I want to interview all urban village heads and civil servants from 2010 thus I know their potentials

"I want to interview all urban village heads and civil servants from 2010 thus I know their potentials. If they are qualified, they will be listed on structural position to manage the entire city's bureaucracy," said Basuki, at City Hall, Thursday (9/3). 

The former member of DPR's commission II uttered, despite of young generation, there are currently some of 2010 generation have served as echelon IV officials, such as Head of One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BPTSP) at urban village and sub-district level. 

Basuki to Reshuffle Tens of Officials This Friday

"I will keep interviewing them to get the qualified ones. And the lazy ones will serve as staff. Then the young PNS will be promoted," he exclaimed. 

As known, on tomorrow Friday (9/4), he intends to reshuffle structural officials. At least there will be tens of them demoted, from echelon IV, III and II. And there will be 90 officials inaugurated.
