Head of Central Jakarta Micro Small and Medium Cooperatives Enterprises Sub-Department, Bangun Richard stated, there are 369 vendors in the location. The location which has never been repaired for years makes it looks slum.

"The condition is bad, muddy and slum, so we will revitalize thus vendors and customers feel convenient, moreover the market is still quite crowded everyday," he stated, Monday (9/7).

Eventually the location will be built like hangar with budget amounted Rp 10 billion.

"Formerly the market management was on the Department's UPT, then handed over to the sub-department, so now we're also trying to do relocation, but the market will keep being constructed," he disclosed.
