50 New Dump Trucks to Come This September

of City Cleanliness Department at City Hall, Thursday (9/8).

replace the old ones to maximize trash transportation,” he uttered.
Those trucks prioritized to
transport trash in residential areas. The new fleet is
expected to stop truck rental in the next year, according to Jakarta Governor’s
mandate, Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama. “Anyway, there are 352 new dump trucks with
varied size and unit price," he mentioned.
Hakim further said truck will be installed Global
Positioning System (GPS). "So you know where are they, whether they are on
the right track or not,” he disclosed.
