A number of eco-friendly depots will be built in Central Jakarta in the near future. One of the locations is Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. 

The depot will be equipped with a combustion machine plus 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), including the waste water processing

According to Risart Seristian, Head of Cleanliness Controlling Section for Central Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department, the construction of eco-friendly depot is already in auction process. 

" The depot will be equipped with a combustion machine plus 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), including the waste water processing ," he expressed, Wednesday (9/9). 

According to him, the same machine will be built in some locations in Central Jakarta. It aims to reduce trash volume in Bantar Gebang Landfill 

"In GBK, there are 3 dump trucks per day. If there is an event, we could send 7 trucks. So, with such depot, we could reduce trash volume optimally," he closed.
