Karang Anyar Flat Occupants will Be Relocated to Tambora Flat

The occupants of Karang Anyar Flat, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta will be temporary relocated to Tambora flat, West Jakarta.

Head of Jakarta Public Housing and Governments Building Department, Ika Lestari Aji acknowledged the occupant will not be abandoned. From the data, the occupants of Karang Anyar flat are currently 1,692 people or 526 families.

"We’ll accommodate them to Tambora flat. Surely, we’ll protect and provide best service for them,” she uttered, Wednesday (9/16).

Tambora Flat Occupants Complain About Water Quality

According to her, they will be returned to the previous place once the revitalization is done. The levy will not be raised for them also.

Based on existing data, the existing levy in the flat are divided into type and location of the floor. For type 27, the fourth floor levy per month amounted Rp 81 thousand, Rp 90 thousand on third floor, Rp 99 thousand the second floor and the first floor is Rp 107 thousand.

While the type of 18, for the fourth floor amounted Rp 54 thousand, Rp 60 thousand on third floor, Rp 66 thousand for second floor and the first floor by Rp 72 thousand per month. This levy is not including the cost of water and electricity. Because the payment will be adjusted to respective needs.
