Jakarta Provincial Government through its Dept. of Spatial Planning targeted to dismantle 5,000 troubled buildings up to 2017. The plan is based on city's mid-term regional development plan (RPJMD) 2012-2017.

," said Iswan Achmadi, head of the agency, Thursday (9/17).Achmadi added there were 363 units have been dismantled during January to September 15, 2015 due to violating rules or designation. "Those buildings were residential and non-residential," he added.
