10 Trees on Jalan Dharmawangsa & Brawijaya Pruned

As many as 10 trees on Jalan Dharmawangsa and Jalan Brawijaya are pruned by officer of Pulo Urban Village Infrastructure and Public Facility Handling (PPSU). The effort is done due to branch and its leave have covered street light .

This is based on public complaint. Tree pruning has been ongoing since three days ago

According to Gita Puspita Sari,  Chairman of Pulo Urban Village tree pruning along Jalan Dharmawangsa and Brawijaya is a follow-up of public complaint via Qlue app. It is done because of lack of lighting.

“This is based on public complaint. Tree pruning has been ongoing since three days ago. We have pruned 10 trees so far,” she reported, Monday (9/21).

1,992 Trees in Jakarta Pruned

According to her, it is focused on trees that have more than 5 meters high. “Every officer is consisting of 4- 5 person,” she uttered.

Nevertheless, the officer has obstacle to prune big trunk. “We have no chainsaw, thus we coordinate it with South Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Sub-Department,” she finished.
