The number of sacrificial animals in Seribu Islands increased compared with last year. Even, Sabira Island which is the farthest island in the area got the ration of the animal.

"We're grateful, the resident’s awareness for sacrificing animal this year increased," said Seribu Islands Regent, Budi Utomo, after he performed Idul LAdha prayer, in Jami Al-Makmuriyah Mosque, Pramuka Island, Thursday (9/24).
According to Utomo, this year, sacrificial animals that have been collected and distributed to residential islands is 135 animals. They consist of 32 cows and 103 goats.

Before being distributed, those animals were gathered in Main Dock of Pramuka Island. The health examination has also been conducted, then finally declared healthy and distributed to residential islands in Seribu Islands.
