Police Secured One Suspect in Johar Baru Brawl

The Johar Baru Metro Sector Police, Central Jakarta secured a resident who was allegedly involved in the brawl action causing 3 buildings burnt.

But, it is still unknown, whether he's provocateur or not

Chief of Johar Baru Metro Sector Police, Sr. Comr. Wiyono stated that the police investigated the perpetrator that had been secured in the police station.

"There is just one perpetrator secured. He was allegedly involved in the action. But, it is still unknown, whether he's provocateur or not ," he stated, Thursday (9/24).

He could also not conclude, whether the man was also the one who burned the post or not.

Currently, he disclosed, at least 80 police personnel from Johar Baru Metro Sector Police, Central Jakarta Metro Resort Police and City Police, still guarding the location.

Satpol PP, Central Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-Department, personnel, urban village and sub-district apparatus are also guarding the location. They will be dispatched until Friday morning (9/25).
