"The quick solution is by using Mobile Refueling Unit (MRU). But now it's only in Lapangan Banteng and Grogol Terminal," said Head of Management Division of Electrical Energy and Oil-gas for Jakarta Industry and Energy Department, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo, Wednesday (9/30).
According to her, now it is hard to add gas station due to unavailable land in Jakarta. "To add gas station, there must be acquired land and EIA," she uttered.
C. Jakarta Needs More SPBGWhereas, she continued, gas fuel is very friendly environment. Besides that, the price is also more cheaper. "It's only Rp 3,100 per liter equal with premium. As for the subsidized fuel now is Rp 8,700 per liter," she explained.
At this time, the use of gas fuel has been regulated on Bylaw No. 2/2005 on controlling of air pollution and Gubernatorial Regulations No.141/2017 on the use of gas fuel for public transportation and operational vehicles of regional government.
