November, City to Start Auction Process of 2016 Programs

Jakarta Provincial Government will advance auction process for 2016 programs. As planned, the process will be started in November this year.

Head of Jakarta Goods and Services Procurement Agency ( BPPBJ), Blessmiyanda stated, the aution process could be conducted before 2016 City Budget ratified. Eventually, there will be agreement with the tender winner of new programs.

"We target that this November SKPD (Regional Working Unit) can already hand in the documents," he stated, Sunday (10/11).

Auction of 140 Program Packages in West Jakarta Completed

According to him, the sooner the documents handed in, the sooner the process could be done.

"It's no problem if the city budget is not ratified yet, the process still could run. There will  be agreement with tender winner. The programs could run  after the budget is done," he explained.

He disclosed he does not limit the programs proposed. "We ask SKPD not to be afraid and prepare the auction documents, thus it could be processed in November," he disclosed.

He added, the policy has been approved by the Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama. So that there would be no retardment of the auction process.

"If it is already auctioned, SKPD would have much time to run the programs. So there would be no retardment," he expressed.
