KAK Investment Auction of Parking in IRTI Monas Reviewed

Head of Assets Utilization Division for Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKAD), Rias Askaris claimed that her party is preparing investment auction for asset utilization of parking in IRTI Monas. 

The auction is in KAK proposal. It's still being reviewed

She disclosed that the investment auction for finding parking operator is still in review process of Terms of Reference (KAK), before it is published on mass media. 

" The auction is in KAK proposal. It's still being revie wed," said Askaris at City Hall, Wednesday (9/16). 

IRTI Monas Parking will Be Managed by Monas Management Office

Former Head of General Division for Central Jakarta Administration predicted that the KAK proposed by Monas Management Office as a base of the investment auction, it will be discussed next week. 

"The discussion will be attended by proposer of the auction and we will hear their purpose. Then the auction opened and published on mass media," he explained.
