West Jakarta Mayor, Anas Effendi instructed the whole headmen ranging from sub-district-RW/RT to participate in supervising schools spread in eight sub-districts.

“We’ve instructed whole headmen to supervise students from Elementary-Senior High School,” he said, when he accompanied Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat inaugurated a library in Tambora Flat, Monday (10/12).
Effendi expected by strict supervision, violance against children could be prevented in future. He also intends to set up more posts in every sub-district and urban village.
Violence Against Children in West Jakarta Still High“We gonna set up more posts. By expectation, is to protect our children from violence,” he expressed.
Tambora Sub-District Head, Mursidin added that his side is curently giving a direct appeal to students in case to reduce violence case.
“Our ranks are always mobile and standby. Every Monday morning, there will be a chance to be a ceremony inspector in school. We will also hold urine test program for senior high school students,” he disclosed.
