PBB Revenue of Pondok Kelapa Urban Village Only Reaches 50 Percent

Pondok Kelapa Urban Village and Regional Tax Service Unit (UPPD) are going to sweeping operation of Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment service in every RW. The Sweeping will be started on October 12-23.

" PBB revenue in Pondok Kelapa only reaches 50 percent of the target . Hence, now it is being coordinated with UPPD of Duren Sawit Sub-District thus in the program there would be no fine charged in 2013-2015," said Pondok Kelapa Urban Village Head, Siska Leonita, Thursday (10/8).

Leonita told, previously, the urban village side and UPPD have conducted Jemput Bola (officers to take the initiative to visit residents) regarding program of PBB payment in the urban village office. The program takes 2 days. On Monday (8/5), there were 50 residents attended, and 78 residents on Tuesday (8/6).

"Residents are enthusiastic in the program of PBB payment service held at Pondok Kelapa Urban Village office," she disclosed.
