Toilet condition on the ground floor of North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department Building located Jalan Berdikari 2, Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village, Koja, complained by visitors.

Head of North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Erik Polim Sinurat admitted some toilet facilities in his building are broken. It has been going for 2 weeks.
"There is a stone in the pipe. So it has to be dismantled first so that it could be used again," he explained.
