51 RT/RW caretakers in Kamal Muara Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-District, North Jakarta are given a training how to use Qlue application for solving problem.

Head of Kamal Muara Urban Village, Roni Jarpiko acknowledged every RT/RW caretaker is required to know residents’ complaint to quickly assist problem solving.

“The current problems in his area are quite diverse. Through the training, the RT/RW caretaker can take important role to solve the problem,” he said, Tuesday (10/20).
