Qlue Reports Authority Forwaded to State Secretariat

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) said public reports via Qlue application which is the national authority will be forwarded to the relevant units. Considering there are some activities that cannot be done by Jakarta Provincial Government.

Reports that have been received, will be sent to the central government. Thus, locals can know its authority lies in central government

 

Ahok disclosed, some Qlue reports are not the authority of Jakarta government. Thus many of them are not followed up yet. "Qlue report that cannot be done, send a letter enclosing the photos to relevant units," he said, at City Hall Jakarta, Monday (10/12).

He stated to shorten time, the regional working unit (SKPD) can directly send reports to the ministry. “Just forward to me and State Secretariat,” he expressed.

 

The policy, he continued, is hoped could increase Qlue response. Thereby, public reports can be followed up all. “Reports that have been received, will be sent to the central government. Thus, locals can know its authority lies in central government,” he expressed.

 

Initially, Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede admitted that many urban village heads who got bad score due to cannot follow up Qlue reports. Because the authority lies in central government. “Such as report regarding train. This is not our authority,” he asserted.
