Ahok acknowledged the current number of Transjakarta bus remains limited. Therefore, its procurement keeps being pushed.

“The company should purchase the good one,” he uttered.

Nevertheless, he asked Transjakarta passengers to be more patient. This is because there is a difficulty to purchase a new bus with a huge number and he will certainly not to import any Transjakarta fleet for boosting domestic economy.

“Indeed, there is a problem to purchase a huge number fleets, whereas local product is limited. But we won’t tolerance any bad fleet operating,” he asserted.

In addition, Ahok is working on fixing and improving management in Transjakarta. “Its management been messy for 10 years, too much cheating, unruly operator and so on,” he disclosed.
