City Education Dept. Holding Art & Creativity Competition

Jakarta Education Department is holding competition of art, creativity and extracurricular of Islam religious education. The event is held in order Gebyar Hari Anak Nasional (HAN) 2015, Gebyar Pendidikan Khusus Layanan Khusus (PKPL) and Ekstra Kurikuler Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI).

Eventually, they would raise the name of Jakarta in national forum, even international

"I highly appreciate those kids who have studied, created and be creative in art, skill, and religion field," Head of Jakarta Education Department, Arie Budhiman, Friday (10/23).

6,041 Students Jazz Up 2015 Students Art Festival

According to him, the event is purposed to facilitate kids’ creativity, especially Elementary School Student (SD) who have skills such as singing, dancing and painting. By showing their creation, they could compete in the very competitive era.

"Eventually, they would raise the name of Jakarta in national forum, even international," he expressed.

He wants all students in Jakarta keep learning and practicing their skills, in academics, hobby, and art. "Hard work and study is the main modal to win this competition. I'm conveying the highest appreciation to teachers and parents," he disclosed.
