RO Machine Auction Has Not Been Proposed to UPPBJ

Until this time, Seribu Islands Goods and Services Procurement Unit (UPPBJ) has not received any project auction proposal of the machine development for raw water processing to be clean water or Reverse Osmosis from Seribu Islands Water Management Sub-Department.

"The Regional Working Unit (SKPD) that has RO development project does not apply the auction yet to Seribu Islands UPPBJ," said Head of Administration Sub-Division for Seribu Islands UPPBJ, Nurhayati, at City Hall, Monday (10/26).

164,000 Watts Allocated for Water Reverse Osmosis in Seribu Islands

Nurhayati stated that the project in Panggang Island is even not listed on Information System of Procurement General Plan (SIRUP).

"So what Panggang Island Urban Village Secretary, Yuliardi has told that the machine repair waiting for auction process was not true. Hence, we need to clarify it," she disclosed.

Previously, the malfunctioned RO in Panggang Island, Seribu Islands made the residents was lacking of clean water supply. Panggang Island is the densest island in Seribu Islands with only one RO producing 5 cubics per day, surely clean water needs in the island is not fulfilled.
