"Around 12.30 PM, I had walked straight out of the direction from Tebet toward Pondok Kopi. A sedan car overtaking and I immediately swerved and crashed into a road separator instead and then rolled," he expressed.
The truck rolled and transverse covered roads. So traffic from Tebet direction towards Pondok Kopi blocked and cause severe congestion. All passing vehicles have to queue and it took about an hour for the evacuation. A number of police officers directly performed open and close road during evacuation process.
